It was fun to learn about pumpkins this week as we prepared for Fall Break.
Our teachers are constantly teaching the children in everything they do. Look at HORIZONTAL.....
and VERTICAL!!!!
The four year olds cooked on Friday. They made apple pie with canned biscuits, apple pie filling and special cinnamon and sugar. They were yummy! First they stretched the biscuit. Next the apple pie filling was placed on top of the biscuit. Then the biscuit was folded over and baked. Last they ate the apple pies.

| Have you ever heard the phrase, "Find a bubble"? Look at this great bubble. She is ready to listen to her teacher. |
| Here's another bubble. This helps the children stop talking so they can hear what the teacher is saying. |
| Time for the playground... |
Here's a cute little Lunch Bunch group eating lunch together before they play.
| Last week the children learned about the letter Cc. |

| These animals belong on the farm. |
| I love the apple orchard. |
| These are ALLIGATORS. All the children remembered making these animals! I love the interesting details each child added! |
| Here are some of the fours "sight words." |
| These children compared their heights in apples. |
| These children gathered information and created a bar graph to show their favorite color apples. |
